All made here at our HQ in Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK. Our Eco Cardboard Hang Tabs will be produced on a 350 micron or 500-micron white cardboard, which is 100% plastic free.

For orders paid by credit card, refunds will be placed on the original credit card. Items that have been opened, or used in any way, are subject to a 50% of original price restocking fee. We do not refund your original shipping fees. If you are not satisfied for any reason with your Fidelis Models product, notify us immediately and return the unopened model kit (in the original packaging) postmarked within thirty (30) days after receiving your product for a full refund of purchase price.
